November 3, 2022
November is a transition month, when cold fronts bring cooler weather to our area. As the water cools down, most fish aggressively feed in anticipation of winter. While fish like snook are here year round, tarpon begin to move further south for the winter. More redfish begin to appear as the cooler weather to the north pushes them south and into our area. Pompano, sheepshead, spanish mackerel, and a variety of other species also become more plentiful as well. Fall is a great time to fish in our area.
